The 80061091 Proformed Line Products COYDTC-001 Includes closure assembly with four port sealing grommets, two single fusion and one ribbon.  As a result, this COYDTC-001 is versatile, compact, and quick to install.  

The closure of the 80061091 is constructed to support butt or in-line low count splice applications in a direct-buried or below-grade environment and pole-/wall-mounted applications near the end of your network.  Furthermore, the 80061091's compact size, rugged, and durable rugged exterior enables installation for tight spaces and does not compromise any functionality.  The addition of four corner entrance ports adds additional flexibility to the 80061091 as you can easily and quickly configure the closure as needed.  Finally, the 80061091 has the capacity to support up to 16 single fusion splices or multiple ribbon splices.
